This numbing ingredient is very powerful, using the maximum allowed by the FDA. The second ingredient is Phenylephrine, again at maximum strength, which reduces the swelling of the hemorrhoid and inflamed tissue. Also includes Aloe, Vitamin E, and Grape Skin Extract to further heal and soothe the area. Non-greasy, odorless, and non-staining.
