RETURN POLICY It is always our goal to satisfy our customers and to ensure the highest quality products backed by manufacturer's warranty.
Due to the nature of these medical products, state and federal regulations and for the health and safety of our customers, any item that has been opened or used is non-returnable.
Sale items and special orders are non-returnable.
WARRANTY POLICY Products are guaranteed against defects by the manufacturer within 90 days of purchase. (Longer warranties may apply.) If there is a warranty issue, please contact us at info@homecarewarehouse.comwith following information:
- Name
- Address, City, State, Zip
- Phone Number
- Invoice Number
- Product Purchased
- Stock Number
- Reason for returning
At this time, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA). Returns without this number on the box will be sent back at the shipping expense of the customer. Wheel chairs, scooters, lift chairs, and beds will only be exchanged for warranty issues. In accordance with manufacturers' return policies, titanium wheelchairs, custom wheelchairs and any special order may not be returned for any reason. All written product warranties will be honored by the product manufacturer. A defective medical product will be exchanged for the exact same product.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT Mechanical issues can be resolved quickly with technical assistance from the manufacturer's service center. Please refer to the service center's contact information on paperwork enclosed with the product.
