SHPPING POLICY
Items with exceptions or non-defective issues may be returned within 15 days of invoice date and will be given credit or exchange based on inspection (Shipping and Insurance excluded). The product must be returned in its original, sealed packaging, including any manuals, warranty registration cards, directions or accessories for a full refund. A 15% restocking fee is applicable on all returns. A Return Authorization Number must be issued before any package is accepted by The Homecare Warehouse. Please contact Customer Service or email us at info@homecarewarehouse.com with your name, shipping/billing information, phone number, product purchased and reason for return to obtain the RA number. Returns without this number on the box will be sent back at the shipping expense of the customer.
All returned items must be shipped prepaid by the purchaser. If the reason for the return items is not valid, you will be charged for the return shipment to the original shipping address at UPS Ground rates.
SHIPPING INFO
All shipments are delivered by UPS Ground Service within the continental United States. No deliveries to Post Office boxes are allowed. The use of a delivery service other than UPS is not available at this time.
Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. CST (Central Standard Time) will be shipped the next business day based on availability.
Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. CST (Central Standard Time) on Friday or on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday will be shipped the next business day.
If a product is out of stock, your order will be shipped as soon as inventory becomes available. Shipping costs will vary depending upon location and the weight of your particular order. Bulk, heavy or oversized orders will require additional shipping charges which will be disclosed when contacting The Homecare Warehouse. Also, please contact us or email us at info@homecarewarehouse.com if you request insurance on your package. An additional charge will apply.
